float or join a track changes track adjuster

            Description

            if you float a track, it looks like it is still selected, but the TrackAdjuster
            looks like nothing is selected. If you select the floating track, it is fixed.

                  Passed V.13674, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  TrackAdjuster no longer exists. 'Graph' Tab is where these actions reside.

                  After selecting 'Float' or 'Join' option under 'Operations' Panel the graphs are still selected and this is seen by the 'Graph' Tab, as all panels are functioning and not disabled (grayed out).
