'Label' should be able to be turned off while 'float' is active

            Description

            Currently, when float is checked, it puts that label over the graph. However, you can NOT uncheck label and remove the label while floartoing - I think that you need to be able to remove the label while floating for the purposes of pictures, as well as overlapping floated graphs.
