Bookmarks of graphs are loading the graphs as floating

            Description

            Load up a graph. Make a bookmark. Close IGB, open IGB, click on the bookmark - graph loads in floating. Also happens if track is deleted and bookmark is clicked again

                  Passed V.13758, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  Tested with single graph, multiple graphs, 'Use Default Name' and custom name, with bookmark fields all blank and all filled.
