Description
Try to set 'control shift A' which alreadt exists, and see that it tells you "Illegal shortcut: "ctrl shift SHIFT"" BEFORE it tells you that the shortcut is already in use. This happens to any of the modifier keys - if the shortcut already exists, then it reads as a doubled modifier key, pops-up the error and THEN also pops-up the 'already in use' dialog window.
Notice that when you first hit the modifier key, no matter what, it puts that modifier in the box twice, and only changes the second occurrence to a valid letter/number when chosen
