spaces in file or directory name

            Description

            If you do a menu > File > Open File and select a file with space(s)
            in the file name or the directory path, it will fail to load the file.

                  Passed V.13655, Mac, Java 1.06.0_37

                  Tested by downloading:

                  and replacing the underscore with a space to be "HotI1T1 sorted.bedgraph". Dragged and dropped into IGB and clicked 'Load Data' without problems.
