Description
Files do NOT load according to the default, no matter what changes are made to any of the possible setting within the default track tab (with the exception of background color). ie changes to main color, choosing to load as 1 track or two, and/or choosing the max depth number have NO affect on newly loaded tracks
Open Preferences>Default Track, add bam, bed and wig to the defaults. Make changes to FG, BG, font size (and max stack depth, 2 track, etc.) then load an appropriate track. Ensure all changes are properly used. Do this for .bed, .bam and .wig

Passed on 7.0.0 (11945) Mac using attached bed file.
I used A_thaliana_2009 and changed the background and foreground colors in the track preferences.
I then loaded bed, bam, and wig files and when they loaded they all had the original default colors, not the new colors that I set for A_thaliana.
If this is what it is supposed to do, then this test passed.

That is how I initially tested it, but it seems to be working fine now... v6.5(7704)
The correct way to test is as follows.
1) Reset you all preferences.
2) Open IGB preferences.
3) Make changes to default. (i.e change colors/track(+/-))
4) Now open a file that does not specify it's own track properties(i.e. color/track style). Most bed and wig file will do it. You can try any bam file or attached bed file.
Test file.
Passed V.13578, Mac, Java 1.06.0_37 using attached bed file and a human insertions bam file.
