Select All:
- Load species/add a couple of tracks
- Everything is greyed out, but 'Other Options'
- At this point 'Select All' should be active and it is not until one of the track labels has been clicked
Restore Default:
- After loading a species, the BG is grey and the FG is blue
- 'Restore Default' (which should be whatever Pref > Track default is set to; ie. Black BG and Aqua FG) will change BG to black, but FG remains blue and the label turns to aqua
- Then change the scheme (ie. Red FG & White BG) then click 'Restore Default'. The BG changes to black, but the FG remains red AND the label is aqua.
- Then change the label color under 'Style', change scheme, then 'Restore to Default'. BG is black, FG is whatever color from the scheme chosen, but the label color under 'Style' is over riding the default and not the same as the FG color from the chosen scheme.

Woops. Looks like you went ahead and fixed the issues anyways. Looks a lot better.

I have not seen any other issues for Windows, but I am passing to Alyssa in case there is anything else.
The Label check box for graph label does not seem to be working at all - check it on or off, and nothing happens
Now the label checkbox in graph works, please help to re-test.

It more than Lance suggests... if you delete the only loaded track, you can still change all of the style elements and annotations elements. IF you click the 'select all' button, it will turn off the other functions, but still keep the select all button working. The track adjuster tab MUST go grey the moment there are no data tracks loaded.
Fixed in 12258.
The hide button is working as expected - that shouldn't be changed....
Otherwise, I agree with Katy. There might be a few more issues added to this soon.
