Initial GUI upon opening needs 'Current Sequence' to be default right tab and the bottom panel area must be larger so the data sources can be seen

            Description

            The whole window could be slightly larger, but the lower panel needs more area. Size of right panel is fine, but it must show current sequences, not restriction enzymes.
