no toolbar

            Description

            Sometimes when I clear preferences, then restart IGB, there is no toolbar.
            If I go to the Preferences shortcuts tab, none of the toolbar checkboxes are checked.

                  I'm having a hard time recreating this.

                  I remember an absent tool bar when I started on the tool bar ordering (403). There were some bugs, notably repaint() needed to be called. Ghost buttons were in the tool bar. I don't know if this had anything to do with the empty tool bar though. Is this still happening for you? Can you give me a recipe for recreating this? I tried clearing the preferences. No soap.
