Data access tree item does not reflect the track selection correctly

            Description

            Expand any data item from the tree - 'Data Access' tab -> 'Available Data', check one item then uncheck it works fine.
            Try to click again the track/graph will be added but the checkbox remains unchecked, you can only delete from the data mgmt table now.

                  I recently made a change that could have caused this. rev 12381.
                  Can you try the previous revision to see if the problem was there

                  Not sure how to revert to previous revision to test I just tried 6.7 it works, however I believe this issue just happened recently because I have been getting chances to work with the feature tree view every day.

                  Uncheck the 'Autoload' in preferences -> datasource.

                  Run IGB, observe it will automatically load TAIR 10 mRNA for A. thaliana but with the feature tree not expanded and mRNA feature not checked. At this point you can still click to check this feature without getting any error message like 'The track has already been added'.
