bioviz DAS2 spliced EST linkouts to NCBI don't work

            IGB 6.7.1 release

            Description

            Please re-assign or not as you see fit.

            To repeat:
            load A_thaliana_Jun_2009
            zoom in on a gene region
            click checkbox next to Bioviz (DAS2) / EST (spliced, single map)
            load data
            right-click item in new track
            observe only the google link is there - there should also be an option named "NCBI"

                  Passed V.13821, Mac, Java 1.7.0_10

                  Both the single and multi-mapping EST data sets have links to Google and NCBI, as requested.
                  The links function properly and load the correct webpages for the selected elements.
