This probably pertains to both the IGB 6.6 and 6.7 releases.
Description
When I make a PDF image using File->Export->PDF, the hairline (zoom stripe) Glyph does not appear transparent in the image.

This is important to fix because users typically must use the export function to make publication-quality images. Users who indicate items in the view using the zoom stripe will be unpleasantly surprised when what they see in the image doesn't match what they see in the viewer.
I think this probably has to do with the third-party library we're using to support making images. Maybe the library can't easily handle Java2D graphics, which is what we are using to make the zoom strip transparent. Maybe it's time to look again at the library and see if there is a new version or another library that would be better.
