Description

To reproduce:

1. Load A. thaliana
2. Load TAIR10 mRNA and check '2 track' to show 2 tracks
3. Observe that the Depth in Track Adjuster always show depth of + strand no matter - strand depth is changed and - track is selected.

This also happens on Preferences -> track pref

Do you mean...create two depth tracks? (Rt click on TAIR10 label > track operations > depth)

And are you referring to the text box where you can change the track label name?
