Stack Height in Annotation tab does not reflect correct depth for - strand

            Description

            To reproduce:

            1. Load A. thaliana
            2. Load TAIR10 mRNA and check Combine tracks to show + and - tracks
            3. Change the - and + strands with different stack heights such as 2 for + and 5 for -
            3. Click Annotation tab
            4. Select + track and observe the 'Depth' textbox on 'Track Adjuster' showing 2
            5. Select - track and observe the 'Depth' does not change but still showing 2
