Floating tracks should be limited to visible main view

            Description

            Currently, floating a track allows it to be placed 'offscreen' below the main view.

            Load a graph, and another track. Make sure that there is no vertical zoom in. Float graph. drag it down - it will fall off the bottom of the main view. Drag up, and it will disappear off the top of the main view.
