Selection Info should display sequence selection info

            Description

            Probably you will want to re-assign this to Anuj?

            If a user selects genomic sequence by click-dragging over the sequence, the Selection Info box should display the same message that appears at the bottom of the window.

                  This seems to not be working. Select a gene, with selection info open. The info for the gene appears correctly. Then highlight some genomic DNA... selection info doesn't change. Then click into blank space, the info tab goes blank. Then highlight genomic sequence, no info appears. (v.13162)
