"Optimize Stack Height" for multiple tracks

    Details

    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Closed (View Workflow)
    • Priority: Major
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Labels:
      None

      Description

If more than one track is selected, clicking Optimize Stack Height should change the stack height to whatever is optimal for the individual tracks.

In other words, each track should get a new stack depth equal to what it would get if it were the only track currently selected when the user clicks the Optimize Stack Height button.

Summary "Optimize Stack Depth" needs to be adjusted to work properly when multiple tracks are selected "Optimize Stack Depth" for multiple tracks
Description If many tracks are selected, each one needs to be properly optimized to *it's* optimal stack depth. Currently, the largest stack depth if often applied, especially to the ref seq track. If more than one tracks is selected, clicking Optimize Stack Depth should change the stack depth to whatever is optimal for the individual tracks.

In other words, each track should get a new stack depth equal to what it would get if it were the only track currently selected.
