opening *any* sequence file as a track causes each nucleotide to be overlayed with it's complement.

            Description

            load up any sequence (fasta, bnib, 2bit) file as a track. See that every A has a ghost T behind it, every C has a ghoct G behind it, and vice versa (see picture)

                  It doesn't show me compliment.

                  Right click on tier and change the collapse to expand. Let me know if this makes any difference.

                  Now the letters are white not black.... but the doubling effect seems to be gone

                  Check codon display. Change FG and see if you can still read the letters or not.
