cytobands in DMT without a title

            Description

            There's a problem with cytobands track in the DMT.
            Cytobands is listed in the DMT but without a title.

            To repeat

            Visit human genome
            Observe cytobands and RefGene data sets autoload
            Note DMT contains two rows with Load Mode Genome
            Only one has a title

            Clicking visibility icon does nothing. Seems like if I try to hide the cytobands, they should then be hidden.
            Clicking X deletes it, which seems like OK behavior.

                After this fix, the coordinate axis and the cytobands appear at the top of the main window, and then the + and - strand are touching each other.
