Main Window size adjustment lost if side tray is dropped.

            Description

            Open IGB. Drag right corner down to increase main window. See that bottom tray becomes bigger (didn't we change this behavior?). Now, reduce the size of the bottom tray. Now use the arrow to drop right hand tray. See that the size of the bottom tray changes back to previous size. This behavior repeats; if right tray is open for a bottom tray resize, and right tray is hidden, the bottom reverts to previous size. This effect does not work on right tray resize
