display BAM inserts as tooltip

            Description

            For IGB 6.8/7.0, for BAM file tracks, inserts are shown as a red
            box. Richard Bourgon requested that when the user mouses over the
            insert, a tooltip shows the insert base codes.

                  Attaching a representative bam file (with bai file also - download both to same location, drag in the bam).

                  Open H. sapiens to chrY. Load the entire file (it is small). You can either load sequence or not - either way insertions appear as red boxes. Tooltips already exist.

                  Could you point me toward an example file so I can see how it looks?

                  Also, what happens when user clicks the read or the red box. Does the Selection Info report insert sequence?
