Create Depth Graph generates duplicate graph tracks

      Description

      Sourceforge# 3032130

      Open A. thal. When ref track opens, while showing 2 separated tracks, select + track. Open annotations tab, select single-track operation>depth. Click apply. You should see 1 depth graph of + track. Repeat for - track.

      Now check on Strand> +/-. Create depth graph. In all cases, a single depth graph should be created, not duplicated.
