Shortcut/toolbar "Optimize all" is NOT working as it should

            Description

            If you select all and use the optimize button/function, everything changes properly. But the 'optimize all' button - which does NOT require preselecting all tracks, it doing all sorts of weird behavior. It causes the zoom level to be wrong - either expanding tracks until the bottoms are off screen, but zoom is incorrectly set, or shrinking them so small that black space is showing, etc.

                  Still a little quirky... load A thal, add TDNA load up all (keep + and - separate).
                  zoom to AT1G28120, hit optimize all. The empty + side of TAIR10 stays HUGE - not drops down in size to ~ 1 row.

                  Fixed in r13577.

                  However when you use optimize all/selected action it would never shrink any track completely. It would have minimum size of two slots. And this is something that cannot be fixed at this time.
