Shortcut/toolbar "Optimize all" is NOT working as it should

            Description

            If you select all and use the optimize button/function, everything changes properly. But the 'optimize all' button - which does NOT require preselecting all tracks, it doing all sorts of weird behavior. It causes the zoom level to be wrong - either expanding tracks until the bottoms are off screen, but zoom is incorrectly set, or shrinking them so small that black space is showing, etc.
