Float unfloat from keystroke or toolbar can only occur 1 time

            Description

            load a graph. Put toggle float/unfloat button in tool bar. Set Toggle float/unfloat keystroke. Select graph, hit button.(float) press button again (unfloat) now press button again - nothing happens

            Do the same with keystroke.

            Now use the 'float' ticky box in the graph tabs - in graphs it is unlimited
