'Make a new bookmark' window should be the same size, even if "Use Default Name" is unchecked

                  Passed V.13751, Mac, Java 1.7.0_09

                  After unchecking 'Use Default Name', and saving the first bookmark, opening a new bookmark will still have the 'Use Default Name' checkbox unchecked and the size of the window also remains the same.
