            Description

            When resetting IGB's preferences to default, a confirmation window stating:

            Really reset all preferences to defaults?
            (this will also exit the application)

            appears, BUT it is behind the already open 'Preferences' window, hiding it. Nothing else can be clicked (grayed out) in IGB but it is not obvious that this confirmation window has appeared. User may think the program is frozen.

            Occurs when using the Tool bar shortcut as well as through 'File' > 'Preferences'. Clicking anywhere in the main viewer brings the confirmation window to the front.
