PSLX sequence not displayed correctly

            Description

            IGB7 does not appear to display sequence correctly when given PSLX file.

            The attached PSLX file was generated by aligning a sequence onto the Arabidopsis genome.

            The first block (on left) should be bases AGGA as shown in the PSLX file, but it is being shown as aact instead.
