Right click menu for coordinate track needs to be specialized! ALSO minor adjustment to Pref>other

            Description

            There should ONLY be :

            Hide
            Show >
            Customize... (this one opens to Pref> Other Options)

            That is the only set of options you should have from right click!

            The Coordinates sub-panel of Pref > Other options should have a second row:
            Top row should be BG, FG, Track Label color.
            Second row should be font size, then number format (both drop down boxes)
