Description
1. Open IGB.
2. Choose "Arabidopsis thaliana" and "A_thaliana_Jun_2009".
3. Choose Data Sources "Bioviz(quickload)", check "TAIR9 ALL"
4. Choose load mode as "Region In View" and Current Sequence as "chr1".
5. Slide the horizontal zoomer to maximum.
6. Click on "refresh data".
7. On clicking on "refresh data" the horizontal zoomer should remain to maximum. To check try moving the slider to right and if it moves, it shows that it has moved from maximum to some value below.
8. Choose "chr2" in the current sequence and repeat steps 5-7 and notice the behavior of the zoomer.

IGB Version: 6.3.1 (6884)
The horizontal zoomer moves to a value below maximum after refresh data when "chr1" is selected but it works fine with "chr2". As described in bug ID: 2931591.
