To reproduce:
- Open a freshly reset IGB
- Load A_thaliana_Jun_2009
- Zoom in on 5 or so genes
- Under 'Available Data' in the 'Data Access' tab select 'IGB Das (DAS2)'
- Check 'AG netaffx consensus and 'Load Data'
- Click 'Sliced View'
- Select a read from the affy/AG track to display in 'Sliced View'
- Now click back to 'Data Access' and select 'ATH1-121501 netaffx consensus'
- Click back to 'Sliced View'
- Notice the ORF tracks above and below in the 'Sliced View' viewer
- Click 'Load Data'
Noticed every time a new bam or other viewable file was added and then loaded, the 'Sliced View' viewer would update with the new data BUT the still active 'Analyze ORFs' feature, although still checked, disappeared from the viewer itself.
The 'Analyze ORFs' option has to be unchecked and then checked again in order to have the ORFs reappear. This is unexpected behavior.
