Unfloating a graph resets the bottom of the graph within the track to a higher point

    Details

    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Closed (View Workflow)
    • Priority: Minor
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Labels:
      None

      Description

Open a graph. See that the bottom 'zero point' of the graph is almost at the bottom of the track. Float and unfloat the same graph. Now the 'zero line' is significantly elevated above the actual bottem edge of the track.

            Windows v12390

Floating and unfloating issue seems to be working fine, However try this:

            A_thal
            Set to 1 track
            Add in graph track (RNAseq>Lab>Mix>SM>Graph>Control)
            Zoom in & Load
Track Adjuster > activate y-axis (Notice the 'zero point' is at the bottom of the track)
Zoom in with the vertical zoom bar on the left
As the graph stretches vertically the 'zero point' rises away from the bottom edge of the track
Also when hiding other tracks (ie. TAIR10 track)the 'zero point' is above the bottom of the track

Not a bug, the blank between edge & zero point was already there.

When you zoom in vertically or delete other tracks which makes the graph grows the gap also grows because you are magnifying.
