Description
To reproduce:
1. Goto the specific region for A. thaliana read using attached bookmark
2. Selected a gene
3. Click the info button right up corner, observe the large property dialog due to long string for property CL
4. Switch to 'Selection Info' tab, click the detail button (...) for CL property, observe the same issue

The "info" box which is accessed from the blue "i" looks good, and works as described.
However, the popup window from the Selection Info tab, the '...' makes a ridiculously wide box, which does NOT wrap if it is made smaller. Go to the bookmark described, select a read, and then open the box next to the property called "CL". Notice how wide the window is. Now resize, and the data is lost off the end, with no scroll option.

I probably merged changes of r14284 on to branch.
Could you go ahead and verify that all the changes that you made related to this fix go merged on to the branch.

Done in 14283 & 14284, this change applies to both selection info dialogs (up corner button & selection info tab):
1. Enable word wrap
2. Show a bigger dialog for long property string.
3. Show a scroll pane when dialog is resized(if necessary).
