saving annotations as bed detail, loses "bed detail" after several saves

            Description

            Select and save some annotations. Set the save to "bed detail". Select and save a second batch - window is still set to bed detail. A second time, it is also fine. Third (or fourth time) it is reverted to simple bed type. It should NEVER change, unless user actively changes it.

                  Still a weird problem.

                  Select one annotation. Chose save selected (bed detail): type in test. Hit return/save. It first adds ".bed" then saves. Now repeat on the same annot; type in test, and hit save. This time it does NOT add ".bed". Change select option to simple BED option. This time it will add .bed. And then save. Save same annot again - this time it automatically sets to bed detail, despite having changed it to bed. So 2 bugs in there.
