Description
Create a plug-in to convert fasta format to 2bit:
- User selects Tools > Convert fasta to 2bit...
- Window opens (see attached)
- User selects fasta file
- User choose folder to save the 2bit file
- User enters name (prefix) of 2bit file
- User clicks "Convert" button
- Plug-in reads fasta file, writes data in 2bit format
- Plug-in prints status updates to a text area in the window.
