            Description

            This story was created to serve as a reminder for the task of finding a way to remotely override local embedded synonym.txt file.

            This issue has been causing problems with a few issues such as IGBF-538 and IGBF-

            Before this is fixed we can not modify the synonyms of a genome without pushing out a minor release, so this story should be worked on in the near future.
