Description
A user has requested the ability to create text boxes that anchor to the SeqMap.
The purpose of this would be to allow a user to provide custom text and other notes that could be locked to a certain position within a genome.
Along those same lines, it would be nice to allow a user to draw arrows or lines, or dashes from the text boxes to point to certain specific points in the genome.
This could be very useful for users who export images for publications.
This would enhance IGB's image exporting because post-IGB image editing may not be as necessary.
