Ability to rotate track label text to display vertically

            Description

            A user has requested the ability to rotate track label text to display vertically.

            Often times in IGB the track labels may have much more height than they do width and because of this the track label text often must be wrapped to fit the entire text.

            If a user could rotate the text to display vertically it may meet user's needs more appropriately, especially when making an image for a publication.

            This would enhance IGB's image exporting because post-IGB image editing may not be as necessary.
