The "Collapse" option under the context menu for Joined Graphs is disabled

            Description

            When graphs are joined users often need to collapse them on top of each other. There is a button next to the joined graphs which allow this to be accomplished, however, under the context menu the option to collapse is disabled (greyed out).

            We should enable this collapse option for joined graphs to conserve program consistency.
