Add ability to create bar graphs for score, p-value, q-value, etc.

            Description

            Users have recently expressed interest in being able to view fields such as score as models showing different heights.

            You can currently label by score and color by score but it would be nice if IGB could do this using bar graphs.

            This feature would also be nice once broadpeak and narrowpeak files are compatible with IGB because you could generate bar graphs for fields such as p-value, q-value, etc.
