There are duplicate "TrackStyle" objects in IGBStateProvider map

            Description

            The existence of the duplicates is caused by use of "method" property which is populated in different ways by different symloaders/parsers. An example would be a bed file with a trackline specifying a track name value. This bug is very old, and the fix is too heavy to go in a minor release without careful testing.
