Enhanced Load Mode for Thresholded tracks

            Description

            Tracks created through thresholding are incapable of having the Load Mode set as Genome. This is inconvenient for users who have genomes with large numbers of chromosomes, as it forces them to manually load the data for every chromosome. This should be changed to provide a Genome option under Load Mode.

            Steps to reproduce:
            1. Load a graph type file.
            2. Under the Graph tab, click on Thresholding.
            3. Click Make Track.
            4. With the new threshold track selected, go to Data Access and look at the Load Mode options.
