Inches should not change when resolution is changed

            Description

            Currently, when a user is exporting an image they may set up the size (in inches) that they want their image to be.

            Later when they change their resolution this changes the inches set. Pixels are not affected in this way.

            It would be ideal if resolution did not affect the inches that were set in the textboxes.
