Description
This story was created to serve as a reminder to discuss the implementation of IGB's weighting system for things such as menu items and to determine the most logical number system to use for this.
We need to be sure to add the proper JavaDoc documentation after choosing an implementation so that developers will be able to easily implement weight for their plugin items.
