Make text "Single-Track" and "Multi-Track" blue, clickable links to the user's guide

            Description

            IGB's "Single-Track" operations and "Multi-Track" operations are very useful for users but as of now it is unclear what many of these operations do without reading the user's guide.

            Therefore, I feel that we should make the text "Single-Track" and "Multi-Track" blue, clickable links to the user's guide so that users can easily figure out what these track operations do.
