Discuss the idea of adding subtle motion/logging to the IGB startup image if desired and possible

      Description

While starting up IGB 8.3.0 using the new installer we now see a new IGB start-up image (see attachment).

Depending on the speed of startup, this image may disappear quickly or it may continue to hang around...

Because of this, it may be a good idea to add some type of subtle motion or console logging to indicate to the user that IGB's startup did not freeze or even to "trick" the user into patiently waiting for IGB's startup.

Many other applications do this as well (open up a newer version of MS Word or Excel and note the subtle motion that appears on their startup images).
