            Description

            This story was created to serve as a reminder for writing documentation on using the FindJunctions Feature in IGB.

            Many users have asked about this but there is really nothing in the user's guide that mentions the feature, except for a "FindJunctions" page which really explains how to get the "FindJunctions" program to use outside of IGB.

            There are many uses of FindJunctions that can be used internally in IGB and this should be documented. (Possibly in the "Visualizing Read Alignments" section).
