Description
*Found by Ivory in IGB 8.1.14 and 8.2.1:
I clicked on an exon in a gene model to see how big the exon was, but the selection info did not include length, start or stop, which is bad. However this issue only comes up when I’m in genome view. If I’m on a single chromosome, then length, start, stop and other info is displayed correctly.
Two pics are attached. One is taken in IGB 8.1, showing that the info is only missing in one exon in the gene model (the first exon) and the other image is from 8.2, showing that the info is missing for all exons.
This issue is very minor because it only occurs when I’m viewing the genome, not when I’m viewing an individual chromosome which I’m sure is the more common viewing mode.
