Exporting an SVG image using the "WholeFrame" option causes the SVG file to have some problems

            Description

            It seems like exporting SVG files in IGB works well except for when exporting with the "Whole Frame" option.

            See the attached SVG image to see what is going on, but take note of the right side of the SVG file where parts of the IGB frame are missing. (I noticed this problem when opening the SVG file in Inkscape).
