Description
OVERVIEW: When opening a bed file that does not have a genome open with it you sometimes get a black track that causes the coordinates track to be offset up. If you move the coordinates track to the top it is possible to force the coordinates off the drawing space.
TO REPRODUCE: Open IGB 8.1.3, open attached file,
OBSERVE: The black bar exists.
CONTINUE: Click load data
OBSERVE: The bar disappears
CONTINUE: Check the +/- collapse checkbox
OBSERVE: the black track is back
CONTINUE: Move the coordinates track to the top of the view port
OBSERVE: You can not see the coordinates ruler.
Summary: This looks bad in figures and could possibly become confusing to users since the coordinates ruler is super positioned above the "Coordinates" track title
